Kelly A. Hurley Yoga will host a donation only Yin Yoga class on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 7-8:15 p.m.. All proceeds from the class will be donated to the MaxFund Wellness Center, located in Downtown Denver. MaxFund Wellness Center is a low-cost veterinary clinic that strives to provide the best preventative and acute care possible at an affordable cost for all companion animals. This non-profit organization survives on both financial and goods donations. We’ll come together to get our “Yin” on, and to hold space and energy for all the people and volunteers who work at the center saving many companion animals’ lives everyday! Any financial donation is welcome - nothing is too big or too small. Also, the Center has a “Wish List” of goods that you are more than welcome to bring and will be donated to the center, as well! The list includes: Friskies Pate, Meow Mix Toppers, tuna in water, canned chicken, paper towels, chicken baby food and canned Pedigree dog food. Many of these items can be found in bulk at both Costco and Sam’s Club.
